Welcome to Bail Studios.
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our online store. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms.

1. General Information

Bail Studios operates this website for the sale of personalised art prints* (*Bail Studios definition of “Print/s” includes 3D printed products)
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include applicable UK taxes.
We reserve the right to update product details, pricing or availability without notice.

2. Ordering & Payment

When you place an order, you agree that:

  • All information you provide is accurate and complete.

  • You are authorised to use the payment method provided.

  • Full payment is taken at the time of order.

Payments are processed securely via Squarespace Payments, Stripe or PayPal.

Once an order is submitted, production begins promptly. For personalised items, changes cannot be made after confirmation.

3. Product Information

Each print is made to order.
Colours may vary slightly between on-screen appearance and final printed result due to screen calibration and print processes.
Frames and packaging may occasionally vary slightly depending on supply availability.

4. Shipping

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 working days.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays or seasonal demand.

5. Returns & Refunds

Our full policy is available on our Returns & Refunds page.
Non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days.
Personalised or custom prints are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

6. Personalisation

Custom text is printed exactly as entered by the customer.
We cannot accept responsibility for spelling or data errors provided during checkout.

7. Intellectual Property

All artwork, models, designs, photographs, and content on this website are the property of Bail Studios.
They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bail Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for your order.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland, and subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

Consumers elsewhere in the United Kingdom retain their statutory rights under UK consumer protection law.
