At Bail Studios, every print is made to order with care and attention.

Non-Personalised Items

If you change your mind, non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To arrange a return, please contact us at Sales@bail-studios.com before sending your item back. Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Personalised or Custom-Made Items

Because personalised prints are created uniquely for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Please double-check all spelling, names, times and details before completing your order — we print exactly as entered.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will replace or refund promptly.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
